Class Info

1. Classes are held in a large private matted space, fitted with professional 1 ^5/8" soft grappling mats for comfort and safety.
   
   
2. The facility is air conditioned, and there are separate men's and woman's lavatories/changing areas.
   
   
3. The mats are cleaned daily with a product that effectively removes germs, MRSA, etc.
   
   
4. Instructional classes usually begin with a warm up, then progress to instruction, followed by free time to practice.
   
   
5. Classes accommodate all skill levels from new students to advanced practitioners.
   
   
6. Students are able to train GI and NO-GI, along with techniques for specific self defense and sport applications.
   
   
7. Gis are available for purchase for around $45.
   
   
8. Delaware Jiujitsu does not require any contracts.
